Intellectual Property

All DevCheck technology, scoring systems, and methodologies remain the property of DevCheck®.

Use of the platform does not transfer ownership rights.

Assessment Outputs

DevCheck provides structured insights based on available data.

These outputs:

• Support decision-making
• Do not guarantee candidate performance
• Do not replace independent hiring judgment

All hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

Data Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Lawful processing of candidate data
• Compliance with relevant data protection laws

Platform Availability

We aim to provide reliable and secure access.

However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

DevCheck is a decision-support platform.

We are not responsible for:

• Hiring outcomes
• Candidate performance
• Indirect or consequential losses

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if:

• These Terms are breached
• The platform is misused

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
